The fastest watch in Reno at the Air Race. Guess what…

Another legendary weekend in Reno has entertained thousands

Named the Number 1 Air Show in America and a Top 10 Air Show in the World, the yearly event of The STIHL National Championship Air Races in Reno combines the world’s fastest motor sport with spectacular military and civilian air entertainment.

This year’s showcase took place September 11 – 15, 2019 and attracted once again thousands of visitors from all around the world to admire six different classes of race planes and enjoy up-close access to aircraft, pilots and crews.

FORTIS Watches in collaboration with their official North American Distributor WatchBuys were on the ground during the event, supporting the Thunder Mustang Air Racing Team with Pilot Peter Balmer from Interlaken, Switzerland who was the only Swiss Air Race Pilot at the races. He flew a Thunder Mustang which is a replica of the world famous North American P51 Mustang.
