can’t check out with credit card?
A declined credit card transaction means that something went wrong while your purchase was being processed and that the purchase couldn’t be completed. You might be able to circumvent the issue by simply ensuring that you entered the correct information, such as your personal details. Another possibility that your credit card is not accepted might be your personal monthly limit. During checkout, you will be also prompted to enter your personal “3D Secure Code”. Make sure you have it handy before starting the checkout process, as time delays in filling out the necessary info can cause a cancellation of your payment.

how do i operate my new watch?
Congratulations on your new Fortis timepiece. In order to operate the watch correctly please read the full manual before operating the watch. You can find the manual in your box or download via this link: Fortis Instruction Manual

Here are two highly important notes upfront:

ONE: Never quick set the day-date if the time is between 10PM and 2AM. During this time the movement will change it automatically and if you try to do it yourself wheels can break.

TWO: If your watch has screw-down pushers or a screw-down crown please ensure that they are screwed in before you wash your hands, take a shower, jump in the pool or do anything else involving water. Water damage caused by not doing so will void your warranty.

does my watch work in space?
Oh great… you’re going to space! Let us know when and we bring the camera and the beer. Of course your Fortis will work in space! Even better than on earth due to zero gravity… it will keep on turning and turning and turning…
